How to Request a Refund
Our order process and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@myccgroup.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Recurring Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the 30-day money-back window applies to the most recent charge.
