What's actually free?

When do I actually pay?
You pay when you're ready to run an agent in production for real customers. That means after the 14-day trial ends, or when you book a strategy call. If you're just evaluating, everything you need is free.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace goes read-only. Your configuration, knowledge base, and appointments stay intact — you just can't take new conversations until you pick a plan or book a strategy call.
Do I need the strategy call before subscribing?
No. If you know what you want, start the trial and pick a plan. The strategy call is for teams who want Trevor's outside perspective before committing — the $750 fee is credited to your first month.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Subscriptions are month-to-month. You keep access through the end of the billing period.
