What's actually free?

When do I actually pay?
You pay when you're ready to run an agent in production for real customers. That means after the 14-day trial ends, or when you book a strategy call. If you're just evaluating, everything you need is free.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace goes read-only. Your configuration, knowledge base, and appointments stay intact — you just can't take new conversations until you pick a plan or book a strategy call.
Do I need the strategy call before subscribing?
No. If you know what you want, start the trial and pick a plan. The strategy call is for teams who want Trevor's outside perspective before committing — the $750 fee is credited to your first month.
How much setup work is on me?
About 30 minutes of your time: your legal business details (name, address, EIN, website), your services, hours and escalation rules, and one click to authorize your calendar. Everything else — the phone number, carrier registration, webhooks, agent configuration, knowledge base, and governance logging — is done by CCG on your behalf. That's what makes this a managed service rather than DIY software.
Do I need my own Twilio account or carrier approval?
You never create a telephony account — CCG provisions and configures your number inside your workspace. US carriers do require every business to register its brand and campaign (A2P 10DLC) before a local number can send outbound texts; we prepare and file that registration for you using your intake details, and track it to approval.
How fast am I actually live?
Your number, voice agent, after-hours routing, inbound texting, web chat, and logging go live on day one — none of that waits on paperwork. Outbound appointment confirmations and reminders switch on when carrier approval clears, typically hours to about two business days. Until then, confirmations go out by email so nothing stalls.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Subscriptions are month-to-month. You keep access through the end of the billing period.
